This is a really, wonderful creative post, Liam.

The beauty of it, is that you properly frame the discussion (Disclaimer: I’m generally skeptical of “truther” claims or any derivations thereof).

If the inquiry is framed as how George Bush and nefarious Republicans orchestrated the 9/11 attacks to serve as the predicate for a misguided, expansionist foreign policy — one will lose all Conservatives and half the liberals.

If the inquiry is simply framed as what happened to the buildings — you got something of great interest.

For example, I didn’t know about the army plane flying into the Empire State building in years past. That should be a starting point as a comparison, between the terrible events of 9/11.

Anyway, I thought the pictures, cartoons, tone and commentary hit a wonderful creative mark on an issue I had pretty much simply dismissed. So, you’ve earned a second look.

Thanks a bunch — always enjoy creative thinking on important stuff.

Hi David,

well, thanks… that’s a nice note.

I personally feel terrible about it, even talking about it. The emotional problem I have with the whole thing is that I just don’t bloody want to think about it! It’s too horrible, too awful.

And yet, well… if you’re built like I am, the troubling questions keep coming back, and logic kicks your ass, and you say, “Okay, okay, I’ll look, dammit!!”

So, you look, and there it is, and it’s a very odd story. Three buildings go, free fall speed, one straight down into its own basement, and two, well… boom. I mean.. they tore themselves apart. I don’t know… I don’t think we maybe caught the people yet, the international terrorists to be sure, who finished what maybe the planes started.

I don’t know… But well.. I guess that’s about where I am. Somewhere between shame-faced about even bringing it up, and then inconsolate because the official story is so…

And then, you think, and you ask, and you wonder – when is the official bloody story ever bloody true? When has the official story Ever been true? About anything?

And so… well. It’s a tough one. Thanks for looking at it. I don’t think this issue will budge for 200 years, personally, till everybody who has something to lose by exposure is long and safely gone. Christ, they’ve sat on the Kennedy assassinations this long…people just don’t want to hear this kind of stuff. It’s bloody depressing!

And on that note!

I have reason to believe that the Kennedy’s were killed by “Space Monkey”. Blowback from the Russian space program. http://www.myspace.com/spacemonkeyonthemoon

So simple and succinct. Well done.

I remember trying to get people to actually see what they see, rather than what they’re told to see. They’ll go through these long, twisted, convoluted tales given to them by the media, their brains working very hard to convince them that what they’ve seen is not what they’ve been told.

The right brain can see that these buildings exploded. No troubles there. But the left brain has been duped into believing something entirely different.
