It’s a game. The make-believe “dems” felt that they had to tolerate GWB for 8 years – him, a nut, a criminal, not fit to be dog catcher…
And so the elites hand it to the ‘dem’ candidate (a real Manchurian candidate, to be sure) for 8 years. And so it goes… Unless someone actually tries to shake up the fed, or the oil business (see JFK and Carter)..
Hey, I didn’t place a bet because I didn’t want any feeling that I supported either in any way.
We’re headed, in the next 30 years, to some immense problems with oil production and supply, I’d wager. Nuclear is a disaster – costs more to put into production than it can produce in any reasonable length of time – and they go obsolete in a few decades…
Solar, wind, local. Local generation of electricity, local growing of food.. that’s the future. It’s not utopian – it’s gonna be hard, but, that’s where we’re headed.
The future, as Colorado understands, is in self-reliance. Hemp, cannabis, local economies. The enemy is Monsanto. Don’t forget that.
